Polt Designs is a trade name and brand operated by Poltavskiy Investments LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("Seller").

1. Manufacturing Process & Quality Expectations

All products sold by Seller are handcrafted composite components manufactured using the vacuum infusion process.

Seller strives to produce the highest quality carbon fiber parts possible utilizing professional equipment, engineered molds, and precision CAD design.

However, due to the inherent nature of carbon fiber composites, the following characteristics are normal, unavoidable, and expected:
• Minor weave distortion
• Small surface pinholes
• Resin flow variations
• Light sanding or finishing marks in the clear coat
• Slight cosmetic variation between individual parts

These characteristics are not defects and are a normal result of composite manufacturing.

2. Material & Structural Limitations

Carbon fiber composite parts do not possess the same crash certification, structural validation, or OEM testing standards as factory vehicle components unless explicitly stated.

• Products are not crash-tested unless specifically disclosed
• Structural integrity may vary depending on installation and use
• Long-term durability under extreme heat, UV exposure, vibration, racing conditions, or environmental stress cannot be guaranteed

Buyer acknowledges and accepts these material and structural limitations.

3. Intended Use – Aftermarket / Off-Road Use Only

All products sold by Seller are aftermarket components and are intended for off-road, show, or motorsport use only.

Seller makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any product:
• Is street-legal
• Meets Department of Transportation (DOT) standards
• Complies with federal, state, or local vehicle regulations
• Is approved for use on public roads

Buyer is solely responsible for determining legal compliance prior to installation or use.

4. Installation & Assumption of Risk

All products are sold AS-IS.

The buyer assumes all responsibility for:
• Proper installation
• Vehicle compatibility
• Safe use of the product
• Professional test fitting prior to painting or finishing

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Seller shall not be liable for vehicle damage, personal injury, property damage, mechanical failure, or consequential/incidental losses arising from installation or use.

5. Heat, UV & Environmental Exposure

Prolonged UV exposure, extreme heat (including engine bay or exhaust proximity), racing conditions, chemicals, or environmental factors may affect appearance or longevity.

Fading, discoloration, clear coat wear, or surface degradation over time is considered normal wear and not a defect.

6. Returns, Refunds & Shipping Damage Policy

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of carbon fiber composite products, all sales are final, except in cases of verified shipping damage.

Shipping Damage Claims:
• Buyer must notify Seller within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photographic evidence of product and packaging damage is required
• Buyer must retain all original packaging materials
• Buyer agrees to cooperate fully in the carrier claim process

Refunds or Replacements:
• Issued only after carrier claim approval
• Limited strictly to the amount recovered from the carrier
• Processing time is dependent on the carrier

Non-Returnable Conditions (No Exceptions):
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
• Cosmetic variations inherent to composite manufacturing
• Minor weave distortion or pinholes
• Clear coat finish variations
• Fitment issues caused by vehicle condition or prior modifications
• Damage caused by installation, modification, or use
• Products that have been installed, drilled, trimmed, sanded, painted, or clear-coated

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Idaho law:

Seller’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Seller shall not be liable for:
• Labor costs
• Paint or bodywork expenses
• Vehicle damage
• Loss of use
• Lost profits
• Consequential or incidental damages
• Personal injury or death

8. No Warranties (Idaho-Compliant)

NO WARRANTIES.

To the fullest extent permitted under Idaho law, Seller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Any warranty arising from course of dealing or trade usage

No oral or written statements shall create a warranty of any kind.

9. No OEM Affiliation

Seller is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.
All trademarks and vehicle names are used solely for compatibility reference purposes.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Seller, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all sales, regardless of sales channel or platform.
