Digital STL File Purchase Agreement

Seller: Polt Designs

Legal Entity: Poltavskiy Investments LLC

 

1. Digital Product Acknowledgment

This purchase is for digital STL files only. No physical products will be shipped.
The preview images accurately represent the contents of the STL files.

 

2. As-Is Sale / No Modifications

All files are sold “as is” and “as available.” No modifications, revisions, or adjustments are included
unless agreed to in writing. No guarantees are made regarding fitment or compatibility.

 

3. Dimensional Accuracy and Verification

The Buyer is solely responsible for verifying all dimensions, tolerances, and specifications prior to manufacturing,
printing, cutting, or installation.

Most STL files provided by the Seller are designed with material thicknesses generally ranging between
approximately 2.0 mm and 4.0 mm; however, thickness may vary by design. If the Buyer has any doubts,
concerns, or specific requirements regarding part thickness or dimensional accuracy, it is the Buyer’s
responsibility to confirm such details with the Seller prior to use or manufacture.

 

4. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the digital nature of the files, all sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks will be issued once files are delivered.

 

5. Assumption of Risk

Buyer assumes all responsibility for use, manufacturing, installation, or modification of the files.

 

6. License Grant (Personal Use Only)

Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. No commercial rights, resale, or buyout are included.

 

7. Prohibited Uses

Buyer may not sell, share, distribute, sublicense, or use the files commercially in any form.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All files remain the sole intellectual property of Polt Designs / Poltavskiy Investments LLC.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Seller shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the files.

 

10. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from any claims arising from use of the files.

 

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States of America.

 

12. Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Idaho, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

 

13. Electronic Acceptance

Purchase, download, access, or use of the Files constitutes the Buyer’s electronic acceptance of this Agreement and acknowledgment that the Buyer has read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein.

 

14. Copyright Enforcement and DMCA

Unauthorized distribution or use of the Files constitutes copyright infringement. The Seller reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to DMCA takedown notices, injunctive relief, and monetary damages.
